Summary

The Comptroller General has the right to see financial disclosure reports required by this subchapter so they can do their official duties. By December 31, 1992, and regularly after that, the Comptroller General must conduct studies to determine whether the rules in this subchapter are being carried out effectively.

Title 5, §13110

(a)The Comptroller General shall have access to financial disclosure reports filed under this subchapter for the purposes of carrying out the Comptroller General’s statutory responsibilities.
(b)Not later than December 31, 1992, and regularly thereafter, the Comptroller General shall conduct a study to determine whether the provisions of this subchapter are being carried out effectively.
