Government service delivery means any action an agency takes to give a benefit or service to a person, business, or organization, including work done by contractors or nonprofits for the agency. Government service delivery channel means the way people interact with the federal government, like in person, by mail, by phone, on a website or digital service, through outreach, or via third parties. High impact service provider means an agency program the Director identifies because its public services affect a lot of people.
