The Architect of the Capitol can make rules to provide training for people who work for the Architect’s Office and the Botanic Garden, and for other congressional employees the Architect supervises. The training must be like the training other agencies give under earlier parts of this law. The Office of Personnel Management must give the Architect advice and help when asked to carry this out.
