Last updated Apr 6, 2026|Official source

Summary

Congress made sections 909 through 912 part of the Senate’s and House’s own rules. They only apply to how each chamber must handle resolutions about reorganization plans sent under section 903(b) on or before December 31, 1984, and they override any other rules that conflict. Each chamber can still change its rules at any time in the same way it changes other rules.
