Congress asks the President to quickly meet with the Russian President to talk about why the United States set up the Office, what the U.S. Coordinator can do, and how that Coordinator should work closely with a top Russian official who has similar authority to plan and carry out actions inside and outside Russia to stop the spread of weapons of mass destruction and related terrorism. Office: the U.S. office that coordinates efforts to prevent WMD spread and terrorism. United States Coordinator: the U.S. official who leads that office.
