By March 1 of each fiscal year, the Director of National Intelligence must send a report to the congressional intelligence committees and to the Senate and House Appropriations Committees listing every report Congress requires the Office to provide for the next fiscal year. For each required report the Director must say what the report is, cite the law or direction that requires it, state if it is recurring, conditional, or has an end date, and say whether the Director recommends repealing or changing it. The report can be submitted in classified form.
