Title 50 › Chapter CHAPTER 45— - MISCELLANEOUS INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY AUTHORITIES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - SECURITY CLEARANCES AND CLASSIFIED INFORMATION › § 3350
When someone asks for mandatory declassification under Executive Order 13526, a later order, or any law, the head of an intelligence agency must not charge copy fees higher than the reproduction fees they would charge under section 552 of title 5 (the Freedom of Information Act). They may also waive or reduce processing fees the same way they do under that FOIA rule.
