Title 50 › Chapter CHAPTER 49— - MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE › § 3815
Any law that conflicts with these rules is canceled where it conflicts, and money from the U.S. Treasury may be provided as needed to carry out the chapter. Administrative funds for the National Security Training Commission must go directly to the Commission, and money for training done by military departments chosen by the Commission must go directly to the Department of Defense. No one may be called into training and service in the Armed Forces after July 1, 1973, except people deferred under section 3806; those people may be called in only when the reason for their deferment ends.
