Summary

The Secretary in charge must give service members clear information about the benefits and rules in this part. They must also give application forms to any service member who asks for relief under these rules. The Secretary of the Interior must supply the responsible Secretary with those informational materials and application forms too, except for sections 3991, 4000, and 4001.

(a)The Secretary concerned shall issue to servicemembers information explaining the provisions of this subchapter.

(b)The Secretary concerned shall provide application forms to servicemembers requesting relief under this subchapter.

(c)The Secretary of the Interior shall furnish to the Secretary concerned information explaining the provisions of this subchapter (other than section 3991, 4000, and 4001 of this title) and related application forms.
