There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for the activities of the Office of the Associate Administrator for Commercial Space Transportation—
(1)$11,941,000 for fiscal year 2005;
(2)$12,299,000 for fiscal year 2006;
(3)$12,668,000 for fiscal year 2007;
(4)$13,048,000 for fiscal year 2008; and
(5)$13,440,000 for fiscal year 2009.
