Summary

The person the President chooses must create online pages that tell absent uniformed services voters how to register and how to get and use absentee ballots for federal elections. They must also run a notice program using the military Global Network to remind those voters about registration help, the Federal postcard application, and the Federal write-in absentee ballot 90, 60, and 30 days before each federal election. They must follow any Department of Defense rules that do not conflict with these duties. Congress may provide whatever money is needed to the Federal Voting Assistance Program to carry out these tasks.
