Makes it a crime for anyone, including election officials, to on purpose scare, threaten, force, or try to scare, threaten, or force someone to stop them from registering to vote, voting, trying to register or vote, helping someone else register or vote, or using any voting right under this law. Also makes it a crime to on purpose try to rob people of a fair election by using fake voter registration forms or by getting, casting, or counting ballots that the person knows are false under the State’s law.
