Summary
The Secretary decides each year how much money an eligible State or eligible local government will receive under this part. Payments do not expire at the end of a fiscal year and stay available until used.

Title 52, §21022

(a)The amount of a payment made to an eligible State or an eligible unit of local government for a year under this subpart shall be determined by the Secretary.
(b)A payment made to an eligible State or eligible unit of local government under this subpart shall be available without fiscal year limitation.
