Summary

Anyone who gets a grant must send the Commission a report that explains how they used the grant money. The report is due within 60 days after the end of the fiscal year covered by that grant.

Title 52, §21052

Voting and Elections — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

(a)Each entity which receives a grant under this subpart shall submit to the Commission a report describing the activities carried out with the funds provided under the grant.
(b)An entity shall submit a report required under subsection (a) not later than 60 days after the end of the fiscal year for which the entity received the grant which is the subject of the report.
