§101114 Disposition of property or income

Summary

The National Park Foundation may manage, sell, lease, invest, keep, or otherwise handle property and income as its Board decides, unless the transfer document says otherwise. It cannot make investments a District of Columbia trust company is barred from making, unless a transfer allows it. The Foundation may use Interior and Justice Department services; reimbursements go back to the original government account and may be spent from that account without another appropriation.
