Title 54 › Subtitle Subtitle I— - National Park System › Chapter CHAPTER 1035— - NATIONAL PARK CENTENNIAL CHALLENGE FUND › § 103501
Creates the National Park Centennial Challenge Fund in the Treasury. Each fiscal year, park‑pass sales over $10,000,000 must go into the Fund and stay available until spent. Money can only pay for Secretary‑approved projects that support the National Park Service and improve visitor experiences. It cannot buy land and must be matched 1-to-1 by non‑Federal donations (cash or donated goods). Money from the Second Century Endowment does not count as a match.
