Title 54 › Subtitle Subtitle II— - Outdoor Recreation Programs › Chapter CHAPTER 2003— - LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND › § 200307
Money from the sources listed in section 200302 must not be used for publicity. When a major acquisition or development starts, temporary, standardized signs should be put at or near the site when possible to show the project was funded by the Fund. The signs may show percent and dollar amounts from Federal and non‑Federal funds and may say the funding includes Outer Continental Shelf receipts. The Secretary must set rules and design standards so the signs look and are used the same way.
