Every three years the CBP Commissioner must review and update Office of Field Operations inspection policies for ports of entry to counter new technology or methods that hide drug and human smuggling, and report changes to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the House Committee on Homeland Security.
