Keeps certain older agreements and CBP proposals unchanged. Agreements made under section 560 of division D of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law 113–6), or under section 559 of title V of division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 (6 U.S.C. 211 note; Public Law 113–76), in the form they existed on December 15, 2016, remain fully in effect on and after December 16, 2016, and any proposal U.S. Customs and Border Protection had accepted for consideration under section 559 as it existed on December 15, 2016, is also not changed.
