The Executive Associate Director of Homeland Security Investigations must send a report to four Congressional committees—the Senate Committees on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and on the Judiciary, and the House Committees on Homeland Security and on the Judiciary—within 1 year after December 21, 2018, and every year after. The report must give the number of confirmed investigations by type (including labor, sex, transnational, and domestic), the number of victims by type (labor or sex) and by age (minor or adult), and an analysis of trends based on that and other HSI data.
