Operational readiness — the ability of an organization, asset, system, or equipment to do its intended missions. Performance measure — a trait used to judge results. Performance metric — a specific value, usually with a baseline and a target. Prevention — actions to avoid or stop a threatened or actual act of terrorism. Resources, type, typed/typing — meanings given in section 311 of this title.
