Summary

The Secretary can create at least one Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands. Within 180 days after October 13, 2006, the Secretary must send a report to the appropriate congressional committees saying the schedule, if any, for setting up that unit.

(a)The Secretary may establish at least 1 Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands.
(b)Not later than 180 days after October 13, 2006, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that includes the schedule, if any, for carrying out subsection (a).
