Within 15 days after the notice is mailed by registered or certified mail, a farmer may sue the review committee in federal court or a state court of general jurisdiction in the county or district where the farm is. Court‑approved bond must secure U.S. costs. Service may be on any member; the committee must file a certified record and findings.
