The Administrator must set up a minor use program inside the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Pesticide Programs. That office must coordinate minor use policies and programs and consult with growers about minor use issues and about registrations or changes sent to the EPA. Within 3 years of the passage of the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996, the Office of Pesticide Programs must publish a public report on progress in registering minor uses, including how the exclusive use incentive for registering new minor uses is being carried out.
