For every negotiated boxed beef lot they must give the price (dollars per hundredweight, F.O.B. plant), how many boxes were sold, and basic lot details: grade (USDA Choice or better, USDA Select, or ungraded no‑roll), the cut, and the trim specification. The Secretary must make that reported information available to the public at least twice each reporting day.
