Agricultural commodities given to a least developed country may be used there for direct feeding programs, including activities that meet special health needs of children and mothers and that follow section 2151b(c)(2) of title 22 (the Child Survival Fund), or to build emergency food reserves. The commodities may also be sold in that country by its government or by the Administrator or their designees, and the money from the sale must be used under this subchapter.
