Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 9— - PACKERS AND STOCKYARDS › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - STOCKYARDS AND STOCKYARD DEALERS › § 216
If a stockyard owner, market agency, or dealer ignores an order from the Secretary while it is in effect (except orders only about paying money), the Secretary, anyone harmed, or the U.S. (through the Attorney General) can ask the district court where that person has their main business to enforce it. After a hearing, if the court finds the order was lawfully made, served, and disobeyed, the court must use an injunction or other legal process to stop the disobedience or force compliance.
