§2248 Statistics relating to turpentine and rosin

Summary

The Secretary of Agriculture must each year collect, organize, and publish statistics and key information about turpentine and rosin. This includes how much is made, stored, and used in U.S. and foreign trade, and the Secretary can also publish these reports at other times, in whatever form and on whatever dates the Secretary chooses.

The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized and directed to collect and/or compile and publish annually, and at such other times, and in such form and on such date or dates as he shall prescribe, statistics and essential information relating to spirits of turpentine and rosin produced, held, and used in the domestic and foreign commerce of the United States.
