Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 56— - UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES AFFECTING PRODUCERS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS › § 2301
Requires people who handle farm products to act fairly and protects farmers’ right to form voluntary cooperatives. Because farm goods move across state and national borders and are made by many small farmers, those farmers must be free to join together to protect their marketing and bargaining power, and blocking that right harms commerce and the public interest.
