Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 64— - AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, EXTENSION, AND TEACHING › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER XII— - RANGELAND RESEARCH › § 3331
Promote the public good by increasing how much forage rangelands produce. Rangelands cover 60 percent of U.S. land, are poor for crops, and grow plants people can't eat but grazing animals can efficiently turn into high-quality protein. Better range management can at least double forage while improving wildlife, water, recreation, scenery, and cutting erosion and flood risks.
