Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 21A— - TOBACCO INSPECTION › § 511s
By March 31, 2002, the Secretary of Agriculture must hold votes of the growers for each kind of tobacco that can get price support to see if they want the Secretary to require grading. If more than half of the growers who vote say yes, that kind of tobacco must be graded when sold starting with the 2002 marketing year and after. The Secretary should set, collect, and use grading fees as much as possible the same way auction grading fees are handled under the Tobacco Inspection Act. The Secretary’s decision cannot be reviewed by a court.
