§5814 Authorization of appropriations

Summary
Congress can provide $40,000,000 for each fiscal year from 2013 through 2023 to carry out this part. Each year, at least $15,000,000, or at least two-thirds of that year’s funds (whichever is larger), must be used to carry out sections 5811 and 5812.

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2023. Of amounts appropriated to carry out this part for a fiscal year, not less than $15,000,000, or not less than two thirds of any such appropriation, whichever is greater, shall be used to carry out section 5811 and 5812 of this title.
