§6013 Authorization of appropriations

Summary

Each fiscal year, money can be provided in whatever amount is needed to carry out the programs in this chapter. That money cannot be used to pay the Board’s costs for running any plan created under the chapter.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.

(b)Funds appropriated to carry out this chapter shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board in administering any provision of any plan issued under this chapter.
