§6408 Permissive terms

Summary

An order can let people create and run advertising programs for fluid milk and use the money collected under the order to pay for those programs. It can also fund research and studies that support the advertising, and use the collected money for that research. The order may let officials build a reserve from money collected so programs can keep going in low-income years, but the reserve cannot be more than 25 percent of the amount budgeted for operation in the current fiscal year. It may include other related rules needed to make the order work.
