Summary

Secretary must study effects of limiting producers from moving quota to a farm other than the one it was first assigned, and report to the House Agriculture Committee and the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee within 90 days after May 13, 2002.

(1)The Secretary shall conduct a study on the effects on the limitation on producers to move quota to a farm other than the farm to which the quota was initially assigned under part I of subtitle B of title III of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 (7 U.S.C. 1311 et seq.).
(2)Not later than 90 days after May 13, 2002, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report on the results of the study.
