Summary

A person can get no more than $75,000 in payments under this chapter, or the same value in tree seedlings. A person can get payments for planting on no more than 500 acres. The Secretary must write rules that say who counts as a "person" for these limits and should match, as much as possible, the rules under section 1308 that existed before the change made by section 1603(a) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008. The Secretary must also make any other rules needed to apply these limits fairly.
