Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 3— - GRAIN STANDARDS › § 87g
States and local governments cannot make people follow their own inspection or description rules to ship or sell grain across state lines or to other countries. They also cannot require licenses or other limits on federal inspectors or weighers when those officials do inspections or weighing under this law. If a state rule does not conflict with the federal rule, the state rule still stands. If one part of the law is found invalid, the rest of the law stays in force.
