If you are a noncitizen who must register, you must send the Attorney General a written notice of any new address within ten days of the change and give any extra information the Attorney General's rules require. If a parent or legal guardian registers for someone, that parent or guardian must send the notice. After giving ten days' notice, the Attorney General may require people from certain countries or groups who must register to report their current addresses and any other information requested.
