Within 12 months after September 30, 1996, and yearly thereafter, the Attorney General must send Congressional Judiciary Committees a report. It must give counts by crime of noncitizens jailed for felonies and of felony convictions not jailed prior year, describe DOJ removal plans, and ways to stop removed criminals reentering.
