New Monthly Fees for Trading-Floor Links
If you are a market participant (a "User") and you choose a connection between the Mahwah data center and a New York trading floor, you will face a new monthly charge based on bandwidth: 1Mb $200, 3Mb $400, 5Mb $500, 10Mb $800, 25Mb $1,200, 50Mb $1,800, and 100Mb $2,500. These TF Connections are voluntary and apply equally to all Users who purchase them.
Billing Rule: VCC Charged Per Link, VRF Priced Once
The Exchange will bill virtual control circuits (VCCs) separately for each connection to a Trading Floor, while a virtual routing and forwarding service (VRF) connecting to multiple Trading Floors will be billed as a single connection. This difference affects how many monthly charges a User will owe depending on whether they choose VCCs or a VRF.
