New Cboe Timestamping Service
Cboe adopted a new Timestamping Service that provides timestamp information for orders (including complex and simple orders), quotes, and cancels. The service is made up of two reports called the Missed Liquidity Report (orders and quotes) and the Cancels Report (cancel messages).
Optional Reports with Member Fees
The Missed Liquidity Report and the Cancels Report are optional products available to all Members; Members may choose both reports, one report, or neither. The Exchange will assess fees based on the number of reports selected and plans to submit a separate filing to propose those fees.
