Two China antidumping reviews start

Commerce will initiate five-year (sunset) antidumping reviews in February 2025 for refined brown aluminum oxide from China (A-570-882, 4th review) and steel threaded rod from China (A-570-932, 3rd review). These reviews will examine whether the existing antidumping duty orders should remain in place or be revoked.

Deadlines to join the reviews

If you want to be recognized as an interested party, contact Commerce in writing within 10 days of the Notice of Initiation. A Notice of Intent to Participate must be filed within 15 days of initiation to keep the review going, and substantive comments must be filed no later than 30 days after initiation.

Filing and summary formatting rules

Documents filed electronically must be successfully received in full by ACCESS by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on their due date. Interested parties should include a public executive summary for each issue limited to 450 words (not including citations) and include footnotes for citations.
