Fee Rise to 0.15% for Removing Displayed Liquidity

If you trade securities priced below $1.00 on Investors Exchange (IEX) and your order removes visible/displayed liquidity, the fee increases from 0.09% to 0.15% of the total dollar value of the execution. This higher fee is operative January 1, 2025.
