Free public meetings with virtual option
You can attend the Rocky Mountain Resource Advisory Council meetings for free. The RAC will meet virtually on February 13, 2025 (9 a.m.–noon MT) and October 23, 2025 (9 a.m.–noon MT), and will offer a virtual participation option for the June 26, 2025 meeting; registration and final agendas will be available on the RAC web page 30 days before each meeting.
Field tour requires your own transport and meals
If you join the June 27, 2025 field tour to sites within the Royal Gorge Field Office, you must provide your own transportation and meals. The field tour runs from 9 a.m. to noon Mountain Time and departs from the Royal Gorge Field Office in Canon City, CO.
Accommodations available with 14‑business‑day notice
If you need sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, language translation, or other reasonable accommodations, request them at least 14 business days before a meeting by contacting the listed BLM point of contact. The BLM manages accommodation requests case-by-case to give the Department time to process requests.
How to submit comments and access minutes
You may present written comments to the Rocky Mountain RAC at least two weeks before a meeting by sending them to the listed contact and including "RAC Comment" in your submission. Summary minutes for each meeting will be available for public inspection within 90 days following the meeting, and prior agendas and minutes are posted on the RAC web page.
