Annual Tribal Trust Evaluation Requirement

If your Tribe has an annual funding agreement to compact Indian trust programs, you must respond to the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration's Tribal Trust Evaluations once per fiscal or calendar year. The agency estimates 64 Tribes will respond, totaling 1,024 responses and 3,072 annual burden hours (about 2 hours reporting plus 1 hour recordkeeping per response). Reviews may be desk reviews (email questionnaires) and/or on-site visits that include interviews and document requests, with a draft report provided for Tribal comment and a final report issued; the collection is mandatory and the agency estimates no non-hour (dollar) costs.
