Federal Agencies Reimburse DOI and EPA for Costs
Under the proposed settlement, the Settling Federal Agencies will reimburse the Department of the Interior $2.9 million and the Environmental Protection Agency $50,000 for response costs.

The Justice Department opened a public comment period on the proposed Consent Decree; all comments must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the publication date of this notice.
