New Names Added to SDN List
The Treasury’s OFAC added one or more people to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of those listed persons are blocked, effective immediately.
Prohibition on Transactions with Listed Persons
