More companies qualify as Eligible Switches
If your company switches its stock listing to Nasdaq on or after the effective date of this proposed rule change, companies that switch from any national securities exchange (not just the New York Stock Exchange) will be treated as an "Eligible Switch" and can receive Nasdaq's complimentary Service Package. The change expands which switchers can get the listed free services.
Mid-cap switchers get Annual Perception Study
An Eligible Switch with a market capitalization of $750,000,000 or more but less than $5,000,000,000 that lists on Nasdaq on or after the effective date will receive one Annual Perception Study during the four-year complimentary period and the choice of the remaining two Market Advisory Tools (Stock Surveillance or Global Targeting) for four years. Nasdaq represents the total retail value of the services for this tier is up to approximately $220,200 per year, plus one Virtual Event with a retail value of approximately $11,700 and waived one-time development fees of approximately $6,000.
Large-cap switchers get study plus two tools
An Eligible Switch with a market capitalization of $5,000,000,000 or more that lists on Nasdaq on or after the effective date will receive one Annual Perception Study during the four-year complimentary period and both remaining Market Advisory Tools (Stock Surveillance and Global Targeting) for four years. Nasdaq represents the total retail value of the services for this tier is up to approximately $373,700 per year, plus one Virtual Event with a retail value of approximately $11,700 and waived one-time development fees of approximately $26,500.
