New ORF Implementation Delayed to June–Dec 2025
Nasdaq delayed the rollout of the new Options Regulatory Fee and methodology proposed in SR-NASDAQ-2024-078; the new ORF will be implemented on June 1, 2025 and will sunset on December 1, 2025. This delay gives options traders and firms more time before the new fee rules take effect.
