Five‑Year Review of China Cabinets Duties

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started a five-year review under the Tariff Act of 1930 to decide whether ending the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China would likely cause U.S. firms to suffer material injury again. This review will determine whether those orders should stay in place or be revoked.

Producers/Importers Must Submit Information

Companies that make, import, or sell wooden cabinets and vanities are asked to respond to the Commission by submitting the information the notice specifies. The Commission requested interested parties to provide that information as part of the five-year review process under the Tariff Act of 1930.
